Mr.Roux is a very gentleman and patiente man, therefore easy to discuss and negotiate with. He did a total of 40m2 for us (living room, entree and corridor). the only issue was the subcontractor that should do the cleaning after the mess and he didn't. So imagine the scene of me arriving pregnant + my little boy having to clean everything to be able to sleep in the evening. Not happy with that but overall the most important was done properly.
